Modern technologies of university’s education quality management

Abstract

In article the quality management system of higher education and the essence of its design and formation are described. The main goals, objectives, principles of construction of the system of education quality, function and methods of quality management, also key factors of high school education quality management such as external conditions of the quality of education, the potential of the university and the process of formation of education quality management are determined .
