Abstract

The paper raises the issue of dependence of the management philosophy on the culture and national peculiarities of certain states. Enormous economic achievements of Japan were largely determined by the peculiarities of national culture. This paper considers a model of management and business ethics of Japan. The importance of studying Japanese methods of business management has been stressed in order to further improve various aspects of state development.
